Lovell Health House Renovation

This Historic Restoration and Modernization project of the International style modernist residence originally designed and built by Richard Neutra between 1927 and 1929 includes a massive hillside structural upgrade with a numerous 30-40 foot caissons, over an acre of landscaping, retaining walls, and restoration of all existing interior and exterior finishes.

413 Rodeo Drive

This project includes the Demolition of the existing Givenchy building on Rodeo Drive and construction of a new building for an undisclosed Luxury brand. Specific Details include building around and maintaining the existing parking entrance of the building which has been incorporated into the design.

Meow Wolf

This project includes demolition of 70,000 SF 40’-0 high Movie Theaters in a fully occupied building Additionally the project includes Building of (3) new elevators, construction of new structural mezzanines & roof structures, office spaces, meeting rooms, storefronts, restrooms, showers, a 3,500 amp power upgrade and 250 tons of cooling.

Foundation

With 30 years of Commercial Construction experience working for some of the most respected general contractors in Southern California, coupled with knowledge and relationships passed down from generations of Southern California builders, Omar Mata formed OM Construction.

Omar's experience started in the field, then gradually moving up through various executive positions that prepared him to be the company president and industry leader he is today. 

Omar's unique construction experience in Southern California includes such areas as laboratory research facilities, television studios,  soundstages, theaters, surgical centers, high end tenant Improvements, restaurants, art galleries, seismic upgrades, core shell work & adaptive reuse projects. This experience along with the experience of other members of his team makes hiring OMC a huge asset to any project.

Over the years,  Omar has built solid relationships with the most experienced union and non union subcontractors in Southern California, allowing OMC to maintain the manpower required for all schedule commitments, despite how busy the industry may be. This diverse subcontractor roster gives OMC a competitive edge in the market.
